Exact Wood is a state-of-the-art furniture manufacturing facility with one million square feet of manufacturing capacity and thirty thousand square feet of office that houses our sales and engineering departments. Typically, this location employs 1,200 people and ships on average more than 1,500 containers annually.

With a fully staffed engineering department, Exact Wood is able to execute drawings from concept to final specifications. Our key software applications are AutoCAD 2010 and Autodesk 3-D. For ease of reference, we also offer Adobe.pdf and .tif drawing formats.

Exact Wood has three finishing lines: (1) a 5,000 linear-foot ground conveyor line with 12 spray booths and a 20,000 S/F oven, (2) a manual ground line with 2 paint booths and an oven, (3) a 5,500 linear foot air conveyor line with 2 electrostatic booths and 10 spray booths. To insure top finish quality and compliance with CPSC established lead content limits, our primary paint suppliers include Valspar, AKZO, and Sherwin Williams.

Our factory uses a combination of technologically advanced woodworking machinery with old world manufacturing techniques. For production efficiency, we have high-speed rotary lamination, (5) CNC routers, (2) 54" master sanders, along with a variety of copy machines and turning lathes.

For aesthetic design elements as well as tailored joinery and case goods function, we employ a talented team of hand carvers and machinists. From the crisp detail and depth of an acanthus leaf carving to the perfect fit for fluid drawer motion, our highly skilled woodworkers give painstaking attention to every detail.

Exact wood specializes in the manufacture of fully-upholstered soft goods featuring exposed wood, crafting the best quality occasional and dining chair frames in the industry. In this category, we also run settees, cocktail ottomans, benches and stools. In addition, we produce top quality case goods for the most exacting, high-end brands in furniture. Categories include casual dining, occasional, bathroom vanities and fireplace mantels. Our structural standards include dovetail drawers, 5-ply veneer tops, and glued and screwed corner blocks.

Our stock solid wood offerings include North American Red Oak, North American White Ash, North American Soft Maple, European Beech, Malaysian Rubberwood, and North American Poplar. Exact Wood also provides a variety of exotic veneers as well as a variety of mixed media products incorporating metal, wood, stone, leather/fabric, woven caning, banana leaf, and raffia, to name a few.
